Guangdong Beeline Technology Co., Ltd focuses on the development of highly integrated MMW, THz chips and radar products, and provides corresponding solutions according to customers requirements. Our 80GHz MMW radar technologies are widely used in industry, intelligent security and other industries. We are committed to providing high-accuracy and high-quality sensors and imaging modules, and overall solutions for industry partners. As the key personnel, the founding team members all have PhD from Tsinghua University, who has been engaged in the research and industrialization of high-frequency analog chip and phased array radar module technology for more than 10 yeas, and has participated in a number of national scientific research projects and industrialization projects. We have dozens of national invention patents related to MMW, THz and radar system, leading in the fields of CMOS MMW, THz chip, radar signal processing and MMW imaging.

Security Scanners

Based on our own R&D 80GHz millimeter wave chip, we utilized a large-scale 2D MIMO array to achieve different scenes, especially suitable for scenarios with a large high frame-rate real-time 3D imaging of the human body with the MIMO array. BEELINE security scanners have been widely deployed in customs anti-smuggling, airports, rail transit systems, major event security, and other industrial fields. We have obtained the highest detection level A3 certificate by CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China).

Instruments

In the field of industrial measurement, we have 80GHz radar level sensors, radar flow meter, radar velocity meter and guided wave radar level transmitters. Which have high-accuracy, small dead band and can be applied to harsh working conditions. Support communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, HART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus). Our radar instruments are widely used in oil and gas, chemical, power and energy, water and wastewater, smelting, cement, food, medicine and other industries. We have obtained SIL2, ATEX, CE, FCC certificates and accuracy tested at NIM (National Institute of Metrology, China).
